Renovation & Conservation to Office and Residential Building of Commercial Bank – Galle

The renovation and conservation of the three-storied office and residential building of the Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, located at No. 22, Church Street, Fort, Galle, is a meticulously planned project designed to enhance both functionality and heritage value. This building houses the Manager’s Quarters, Regional Office, and Branch Office across the second, first, and ground floors, respectively. The project is scheduled to be completed within 270 days, ensuring minimal disruption to the bank’s operations.

The scope of work includes demolition, plastering, concreting, carpentry, roofing, flooring, painting, and electrical installations. Special care is taken to conserve serviceable materials, which are systematically stored and handed over to the employer. All debris generated is promptly cleared, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the premises.
