Major Construction Works:
1.Removal of existing pipeline from the existing pipe bridge and subsequently dismantling the existing steel truss bridge. Dismantled pipes and truss to be delivered to NWSDB stores at Nadugala, Matara.
2.Construction, of supporting structure for pipe bridge crossing, including setting out and driving of precast piles, hacking of piles at suitable heights, construction of pile caps. construction of supporting blocks to place the pipes on pile caps, testing of piles and all other related work deem necessary to complete the construction of pipe bridge.
3.Placing and fixing of pipes on the constructed supporting structure, fabrication, and supply and fixing of pipe straps and all other work necessary to fix the pipeline.
