With over 13 years of experience in the engineering field, G. H. H. Sanjeewa brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex operations and engineering projects. He has been a key part of Manamperi Engineering for the past 3.5 years, where he leads operational strategies and project execution as the Project Operations Manager. His robust background includes roles such as Consulting Site Engineer, Design Engineer, and Structural Engineer, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of the field.
G. H. H. Sanjeewa holds a B.Sc. in Engineering, specializing in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. His deep knowledge in environmental engineering, combined with his hands-on experience in consulting and project management, enables him to drive project success and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Operation Engineer : Shanaka Morapitiya
Shanaka Morapitiya is an experienced Operation Engineer with over 8.7 years of experience in the engineering industry. He has been with Manamperi Engineering (PVT) Ltd for 1 year and 10 months since November 2022, where he plays a critical role in managing and overseeing engineering operations. His ability to deliver technical solutions and ensure smooth project execution makes him an invaluable asset to the team.
Before joining Manamperi Engineering, Shanaka held various key positions, such as Site Manager at Nivira Construction (2021–2022), Site Engineer at RN Construction (2019–2021), and Site Manager at Ralic Engineering (2017–2019). His broad experience across multiple firms has equipped him with in-depth knowledge of site management, construction, and engineering operations.
Shanaka holds a B.Sc. in Engineering specialized in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, further strengthening his technical foundation and ability to contribute to large-scale engineering projects.
Project Manager : B. M. Ruchira Priyadasun
B. M. Ruchira Priyadasun has been an integral part of Manamperi Engineering (PVT) Ltd for over 6 years and 4 months, where he currently serves as a Project Manager. With more than 10 years of experience in the engineering and project management field, Ruchira excels at leading large-scale construction and development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Prior to joining Manamperi Engineering, Ruchira worked as a Resident Engineer at the South Eastern University Development Project from 2016 to 2018, where he was responsible for overseeing project execution and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Additionally, he gained valuable experience as an Assistant Engineer at RLL Property Project and RCW expansion project of Holcim (Lanka) Ltd, further honing his skills in project supervision and team coordination.
Ruchira holds a National Diploma in Technology (N.D.T.) from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, which laid the foundation for his technical expertise and project management capabilities. His leadership and technical acumen continue to drive the success of Manamperi Engineering’s projects.
Quantity Surveyor : Indika Wijerama
Indika Wijerama is a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years of expertise in managing the financial and contractual aspects of large construction projects. He joined Manamperi Engineering (PVT) Ltd in October 2023, bringing with him nearly 11 months of experience at the company. His proficiency in cost estimation, contract negotiation, and resource allocation ensures that projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
Indika’s previous experience includes working with Southern Group civil construction (Pvt) Ltd in Colombo from October 2021 to September 2023. He also gained significant experience working for prestigious organizations such as China State Construction Engineering Corporation and V.V Karunaratne & Company. His work on both local and international projects has given him a well-rounded perspective on the demands of the construction industry.
He holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying (Accredited by RICS) from 2016–2017, which complements his extensive industry experience. Indika’s expertise in cost management and his meticulous approach to surveying make him a vital asset to the successful delivery of construction projects

Ruwan Dinushka has been serving as a Technical Officer at Manamperi Engineering (PVT) Ltd for the past 6 years and 6 months, where he is responsible for managing civil engineering technical tasks and ensuring project quality and efficiency. With over 16 years of experience in the engineering field, Ruwan brings a deep technical understanding of civil engineering operations, making him an indispensable member of the team.
Prior to joining Manamperi Engineering, Ruwan held positions at several esteemed organizations, including Subashinghe Contractors & Earth Movers and the Engineer Service Regiment, where he worked as an Assistant Engineer and Technical Officer respectively. His extensive experience in both the military and private sectors has equipped him with a versatile skill set in project supervision, technical problem-solving, and civil engineering management.
Ruwan holds an N.C.T. (Civil) from Technical College, Matara (2007–2008), which laid the foundation for his successful career in engineering. His ability to manage complex technical aspects of construction projects ensures the seamless execution of civil engineering tasks.
